Who is this for?
This is the perfect place to start your fitness journey if you are new to working out. The topics we'll cover will build a strong foundation and allow you to flourish in whatever you chose to do after.
This is also the place to be if you have taken some time away from the gym. Maybe having a baby, starting that job, recovering from an injury, or whatever life circumstances have kept you out of the gym for longer than you are happy to admit. This is the smartest and most sustainable way to get back into it. After these 6 weeks you'll be back to your old self again!

What do I need?
Not much. Comfortable clothes to move in and an internet connection are really the only nonnegotiables. Your experience will be greatly elevated if you also have a chair or sturdy object to sit down to, a light dumbbell or hefty water bottle, and room to move around on the floor safely. Two important notes: If you are not comfortable getting on the floor that is totally fine, this course can be followed from a standing/ seated position as well. And second, you don't need to go out and buy equipment for this. A kitchen chair and jug of milk from the fridge will work just as well as a workout bench and fancy dumbbell. By the third or fourth week if you are ready for some gear we strongly support that.
 
What if I have an injury or limitation?
That's what we're here for! Everyone's needs are different. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all workout plan. We will help you adjust the program around whatever injuries or limitations you are working through. Just make sure your doctor is supremely ok with you working out and that it is safe for you to do so.
 
Who is running this course?
Hi, I'm Morgan Bungerz. Great to meet you! For nearly a decade and a half I have been the guide to people's fitness success. The athletes I've worked with have ranged from badass grandparents to professional athletes at the pinnacle of their sport. But my specialty (and passion) has always been onboarding new athletes. Taking an unsure, intimidated beginner and giving them the guidance and tools they need to thrive in their health and wellness has been the most rewarding part of my career. That is why I created this course. I have taken all my experience and passion from the past 15 years and crammed it into this 6-week course. All with the goal of empowering you to chase after the life you want.

What if the time slots for the live meetings don't work for me?
If you have to miss one or an emergency pops up one week, not a problem. We will record them and make them available to athletes who missed the meeting. But these review sessions are going to be super valuable so if you know you can't make it to more than two I'd wait for the next cohort that'll have the meetings at different times.

Is going through this as part of a cohort the only way to do it?
The cohort model is super fun. We are keeping class sizes capped at 10 so that you get plenty of attention during the live skill reviews. Having other athletes going through it with you will give you support and accountability as well. You can connect with each other on the platform as you progress through the course. But doing it as a cohort is not the only option. You can do it with all videos and chat support, no live classes, for $159. And if you are looking for even more attention and guidance you can learn your Intro To Fitness in a one-on-one environment with a coach in all live classes. The one-on-one option is the fastest and most personal way to take the course. You will finish the same material in 4 weeks instead of 6. It is $1199 for the private option.

I'm good with fitness but I think this would be perfect for my _______ (friend / neighbor / mom / husband), can I sign them up?
Absolutely!!! Part of what drove us to build this course is your exact situation. Most of our current members have a close friend or family member who doesn't know where to start. And that can be frustrating for all parties involved. We're here to help. Sign up anyone and everyone. And if you have 8-12 people who might be interested we'd even do a special cohort just for your group. Reach out to get the conversation started.

What do I do after these 6 weeks?
Whatever your heart desires. By the end of Intro To Fitness you will have accomplished 2 milestones. One, you will have increased your strength, flexibility, and balance, giving you the strong foundation of physical abilities to jump into any fitness routine you'd like. And two, you will have the confidence and understanding of what your body can do and what your needs are from a health and wellness standpoint. You will tackle new challenges from the perspective of an experienced athlete and not a new beginner. We hope that you take that newfound confidence and join in with your friends or family at whatever their fitness routine is. We also offer a whole host of convenient fitness classes that you will get a discount for after completing this course.
