Intro To Fitness is a 6-week course designed to boost your confidence and give you the power to take control of your fitness journey. Through guided videos that you can watch on your terms you will learn the skills required to take care of your health and wellbeing. By the end you will be impressed by what your body can do and assured in what your next fitness steps will be.
Each week will introduce two new skills, a stretch of the week, and best practices to take care of yourself outside of the gym. Each week ends with a workout and a guided stretching session.

Intro To Fitness will teach you how to perform these movements safely and offer alternatives to adjust around injuries or limitations. The course includes seated and standing options so that you do not have to get down on the floor if you don't want to.
Intro To Fitness OnDemand is a video-only course but you can still access coaching support via email.
After completion you will have all the skills you need to be in complete control of your fitness journey going forward. And to make sure of that, you will get a discount on all Gym Bungerz fitness classes so you can keep the momentum going.

This course meets live via Zoom once per week in addition to the videos, starting in January
Intro To Fitness is a 6-week course designed to boost your confidence and give you the power to take control of your fitness journey. Through guided videos and live meetings you will learn the skills required to take care of your health and wellbeing. By the end you will be impressed by what your body can do and assured in what your next fitness steps will be.

We will meet together with the other members of the cohort every Thursday to review the new skills from that week. Each week ends with a workout and a guided stretching session.
6-Week Course, Starts Monday 1/8
5 Sessions per week

Live Meetings
To kick things off we'll meet live on Monday 1/8 at 6:30pm EST. This kickoff will include your first lesson of the course. After that, the only live classes will take place of Thursdays.
The Live Skill Reviews will be every Thursday at 6:30pm EST via Zoom. The dates for those meetings are 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15. All live sessions will be recorded and made available to anyone who is unable to attend.
